The Send Secure Messaging system has the potential to fundamentally change how sensitive information is exchanged but we can only accomplish this change if you use the service. And though there are levels of enhanced service that are certainly worth paying for, we believe that a basic level of sending and receiving secure messages has to be free and simple. We think we've accomplished both. If we are truly able to change the way people send sensitive information, then there will definitely be sufficient value for us in the end.
